Job description and salary guideline
- Sheet metal fabrication: Metal processing and assembly of railway and wind power generation components.
- Welder: Assembly and welding of railway vehicle parts, such as those for Shinkansen bullet trains.
※For those new to manufacturing, we will provide step-by-step training starting with simple support tasks. - Quality Control/Inspector: Measuring product dimensions using measuring instruments and performing visual inspections.
※Thorough training on how to use the instruments and read drawings will be provided after joining the company. - Factory Office Staff: Order taking, scheduling with the manufacturing department, delivery date management, data entry, telephone and visitor reception.
※Basic computer skills are sufficient; no prior experience is necessary.

Working hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute break) ※Overtime is approximately 10-20 hours per month on average.

113 days of annual leave, 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) ※According to the company calendar.
There may be occasional workdays on public holidays. Saturday work is required approximately 5 times a year.
